When you submit a project inquiry through our Start a Project form, you may provide information such as:

Information collected automatically

3. How Form Information Is Stored and Processed

Information submitted through the Start a Project form is stored within our website’s WordPress database through Elementor’s form submission system.

Because our website is hosted by Hostinger, submitted form information may be processed or stored within the hosting infrastructure used to operate our website.

Form submissions are also sent to our business email account, info@ranx.ca, which is provided through Google Workspace. This allows us to review and respond to project inquiries.

We use this information for legitimate business purposes, including responding to inquiries and managing potential and existing client relationships.

4. Google Analytics

RANX uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website and to help us improve its content, design, and performance.

Google Analytics may collect information about your interaction with the website, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and other usage information.

We use Google Analytics for website measurement and improvement.

RANX does not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or targeted advertising campaigns.

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. Information processed through Google Analytics may be processed or stored outside Québec or Canada.

RANX retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Information submitted through the Start a Project form, including information stored through Elementor and related email correspondence, is retained for a maximum of 12 months.

After 12 months, this information is deleted or securely disposed of, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is reasonably necessary in connection with an ongoing business relationship, contractual obligation, dispute, or legal matter.

Technical and analytics information collected through third-party services such as Google Analytics may be subject to the retention policies and settings of those services.

10. Protection of Personal Information

RANX takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Access to personal information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.
